4. Shipping
Shipping times and tracking details are shared via email once an order is dispatched.
We ship across Europe and selected international locations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery time are displayed during checkout.
Kate Essence is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers but will work to resolve all issues fairly with the delivery provider.
5. Warranty
All products sold include a 30-year limited warranty covering:

Warranty does not cover:

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. All items must be returned:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused and without any damage
- With photos or video proof submitted via email
Return shipping costs are covered by Kate Essence. We’ll provide the return instructions after approval.
Refunds are processed once the returned item arrives at our internal facility and passes inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
