this return policy explains how customers can request returns or exchanges for orders placed at vestoir.
returns
if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
to start a return, contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. once we approve your request, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
non-returnable items
we do not accept returns for:
- items marked as final sale
- underwear, bodysuits or swimwear
- items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
refunds
once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
exchanges
we currently do not process automatic exchanges. if you wish to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the preferred product.
return shipping
unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
damaged or incorrect items
if you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. we will cover all replacement or return shipping costs in such cases.
